Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must email:
• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order details
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Incorrect sizes or quantities selected
• Buyer mistakes
• Normal wear or improper use
• Orders delayed or lost by USPS (no tracking shipping method)
